      How can I get pet loss grief support?

      How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

      We aim to dispatch in-stock goods within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Australia Post is our preferred shipping method so orders can also be sent to PO Boxes. Delivery time frames vary according to State and postcode.

      Standard or regular post can take 3-8 business days. Express Post 1-4 business days. Orders are despatched through Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast.

      Do you send an invoice with each order?

      Invoices are emailed to the billing email address attached to each order. We are mindful that many orders may be sent to the recipient directly which is why we do not include an invoice with the physical product delivery.

      How do I find out more about your delivery information?

      You will be sent a delivery tracking link so you can keep track of the movements and delivery schedule of your order. If you need further information please email us directly.

      How much do you charge for shipping?

      Our shipping rates are based on a flat fee. Shipping throughout Australia starts with a standard (economy) shipping rate charged at $8.95 inc GST regardless of the size and quantity of your physical goods order. Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.95 inc GST. Shipping to the “rest of the world” (all countries outside of Australia) is charged at a flat rate of $19.95 AUD.

      How do I return or refund an order?

      Returns can be sent to The Rainbow Bridge Club, PO Box 489, Terrigal, NSW, 2260.

      How long does it take to deliver eCards?

      Our Rainbow Bridge eCards have the option to be delivered straight away or you can also schedule a time to send the eCard. All you need to do is select the “send” button to send straight away or select the “schedule” button to nominate a time for the eCard to be sent to the recipient.

      How do I know when an eCard has been read?

      You can select the “Notify me when my recipient(s) open the ecard” checkbox when you fill in the details to send an eCard so that you are notified when the recipient reads the eCard.
