You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 1 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Rainbow Bridge Australia.
Our shipping rates are based on a flat fee. Shipping throughout Australia starts with a standard (economy) shipping rate charged at $8.95 inc GST regardless of the size and quantity of your physical goods order. Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.95 inc GST. Shipping to the “rest of the world” (all countries outside of Australia) is charged at a flat rate of $19.95 AUD.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware of the inherent risks associated with downloading any software and/or digital goods. If you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Rainbow Bridge Australia handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 5 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of the Rainbow Bridge Australia.

Rainbow Bridge Australia reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. We may do this for example, but without limitation, where:
(a) Suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
(b) an event beyond our control, such as a storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that we are unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price, or image, which was not discovered before the Order was accepted.

This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or arrangement between us and the owners of those websites.
